B1 to L1A conversion, can travel

Right now I am in Tx on B1 Visa for meetings since March-19., our company has offices in India and US. now my US company wants to file my L1A Visa.

If I do the conversion B1 to L1A visa then can I travel back to India on L1A and come back to US on same L1A immediately ? is there any problem, condition or advice to not travel with this option? or your suggestions, please

L1A is a visa status in the US. So you cannot "travel to India" on L1A. If you meant can I do COS to L1A, and then travel internationally, yes you can. However, the best course of action might be to go back, apply for L1A and enter using that visa.

Agree with Scientist2016. And if you want to get L1A easily then better to not stay in USA on B1 so long. Go back to India within a month or so, apply for L1A, get visa & immediately fly back to USA on your L1A.
