Hi All,
I've heard some conflicting advice recently. Situation is that I am a Canadian Permanent Resident, with a citizenship in a country that's not part of the Visa Wavier Program. I've heard that you can apply for a B-1 visa on arrival when you get to the States, but I can't find anything online about this. From all I've read, we must obtain a visa, do an interview etc. prior to entering the United States.
Could anyone confirm if this is possible or if this is just misinformation?
