My B1 Visa Refused 214 B

I attended interview at 26 March in chennai to attend training in US, Texas.

Question asked
1. Whats the purpose of travel?
Training abt project
2. where u going?

3. Hw long u r with current company?
18 months
4. Single/married -Single
5. Is ur Sal 35K? ys 35000
6. are u travelling first time...? yes yeah

next second he gave my passport saying
"sorry, i couldnot able to provide at this time" and gave one paper in which 214(B) was selected...

Seems interview went just well 2mins.. but dono why it was rejected. My company applied for me again... pls help me to clear and give some tip...
for my friend same day same proj, just first two quest... and he got visa done...

What all should i tell/ what they expect.... pls help me out
