Passport pick up

Hi, I got my visa approved in Kolkata on Aug 21 and visa officer gave a print out and it states mostly it can be collected next business day but I havent got any sms. Status still shows "passport is still in consulate". The problem is I opted for pick up in Kolkata due to other reasons though Im from Bangalore. Now, can we change delivery method of passport? Any idea how long will it take to get passport?
