B1 interview

Hi Sir,
my L1B was rejected on July 2019 and my B1 Visa is next week.
I am afraid VO should not reject my B1 visa again based upon past rejection of L1.
please advise best strategy to get B1 Visa this time.

Earlier rejection never has any impact on your future applications.

However if the issue with your profile (for example criminal record) then you won't get ANY visa.
