  • B1 Visa 2nd attempt Suggestion

I have given my interview on 13th Of Sep 2019 at Mumbai.

    My details below

    Work Experience : 4 Years 7 months
Current company (4th company): 1 Year 8 months
Purpose of visit : Business Conference
Number of days : 4 days
    Marital Status : Single
    Annual Income : 5 Lacs
    Sponsor : Employer
    Age : 26

VO was a male and he seems strict

VO : What is the purpose of your visit ?
Me : I am going to attend the one day workshop and two days annual conference. Attending this conference would help me in enhancing my skills.

VO : How long you are with your current company?
    Me : 1 Year 8 Months

    VO : What's your designation?
    Me : Associate Consultant

VO : What you will be learning from the conference?
Me : I said technical terms in 2 lines.

VO : Sorry, You are not eligible for the visa this time.
    Me : Thank You.

No documents asked. I had my invitation letter and conference registration and hotel booking.

I don't even know the reason why he rejected.

Now my travel plan has changed. First I'll go to US and from there I'll go to France for a Business meeting.

So I decided to apply for my Schengen visa first and then reapply for US B1 Visa after Oct 15, 2019 ( After a month of rejection)

Will this make any chance of my visa approval?

    Please do suggest.

The problem is with your profile & purpose for B1 visa. A young single engineer is really hard to get a B1 visa & a training can be done online or at local institutes (no need to visit USA).

They don't ask for documents most of the time, as a letterhead & printout can be make anywhere.

    They don't share that either.

I seriously doubt that it will improve chance for approval.
