Want to apply/renew B1 Visa with spelling correction in new passport.

Hi,
I have a old passport with US B1, both are expired. The name in Old passport and B1 visa is printed as THATIPAMULA SRIKANTH. Now I renwed new passport with Surname spelling change as TATIPAMULA SRIKANTH. (This is as per my educational certificates). Now my company wants to renew/apply a new B1 visa. Will be there any problem in approving the new B1 Visa. What all documents I need to submit in supporting this.

Why this name change now?
Why you did not do that earlier?
You need proof that both names belongs to you.

Largely, VO understands that your name was initially given to you in your native language & writing this in English is little difficult at times, so just stay confident & answer his questions. Its quite possible that VO will even notice that change.
