B1/B 2 rejected

I got my B1/B2 visa rejected on last Mon under 214(b).

VO Purpose of visit
To attend training

VO Duration of visit
5 weeks

This is my invitation letter from the company.
VO why the duration is overdue
Because I got my schedule appointments late

VO What kinds of industry u work at
Manufacturing

VO What kinds of products you produced
Edible oil and speciality fats

VO Who is your sponsor
Company

VO how much of your salary
xxxx

VO: typing n gave me a slip 214(b)

Any advise
