B1 visa: DS 160 security questions

Hi,
I wanted to know should I answer yes or no if there was a false criminal complaint filed against me and the court has also given the verdict with the procedure 278 which means acquittal. If I answer yes in the DS 160 form then what would be the probabilities for me to get a b1 visa.

Tell the truth. If you were not arrested or found guilty, then there is no harm mentioning that in DS160.

Hiding the truth or telling lie, could have worst impact on your this application & future visa as well.
