  • B1 visa

Hello, what happens to my B1/B2 visa (10 yrs validity) if I incur in problems (indictment) with the Italian Justice ? Would the visa be revoked? Thank you.

A visa is just permission to board a plane and present yourself to Immigration. CBP determines if you are admissible or not for that class of visa.
Depending on your issue in Italy, the information may already be in the common / shared databases. The officer may ask you questions and you should have documentation & answer them truthfully.
The visa itself does not get revoked automatically, but can if CBP determines if you are inadmissible at the Port of Entry. In such cases, your visa will be cancelled with a stamp and you will be sent back on the next flight.
