Applying B1 while H1b is in process!

This year my company is going to file H1 for me, they have collected all documents. Now as project demands i need to travel US on B1. So company is going to file B1, if everything goes good i need to travel to USA in the month of February, my question s if i travel to usa at this moment on B1, did it impact on my H1B.

Hi,
I don't really think, it will make a problem.. Many people were on B visa and they successfully got H1B approval too. Moreover, both are Non-immigrant visa.
