Hey Friends,
Just got stuck here in Administrative Processing for my H1-B. Though this is not to ask anything about it. I know this is the place for B-Visas.
Now, I got an offer from a Big Indian Company to join as the Director at their Board. The job requires me to travel to US within two weeks of joining!
How do I go about getting B1/B2 visa when my H1-B is in administrative processing?
I asked my, then US employer, they never faced this question rather they are scared that going to consulate for asking another category visa will further raise the processing time as I already have one visa under processing.
Any help will be great.
