Employment info if working on deputation

I am employee of company TCS Limited since November 2015. In Oct 2021, I've moved to Canada on deputation to the Canadian branch of the company i.e. TCS Canada. While filling DS160, for the present employer, should I mention TCS Limited or TCS Canada (as I'm deputed)?

If TCS Limited, should the start date be November 2015?

If TCS Canada, should I mark Were you previously employed? as YES? and mention TCS Limited as my previous employer?
