Hi All,
I currently have B1 visa. Now my company is planning to go again USA.They told me when you enter in POE of US you just say i am on B1 in lieu of H.
AS i did not have any stamp or visa on my passport. I have following document.
1. credential valuation report - degree equivalent to USA
2. client Invite
3. source comp letter
has anyone come across similar situation.. please provide inputs.. immigration officer allow me to enter and consider my visa as B1 in lieu H......
