Hello,
I have my own staffing firm in Hyd, India and requested my friend(who has got Citizenship) to register a company at US with the same name, and it was registered in Nov 2009. We are doiong good business till now and i wanted to travel to US. He is ready to provide an invitation to me. below are my questions.
1. Can i apply for B1 as an individual through my company in MD designation?
2. What should be content of invitation?(business trip/investment/)
3. Is there any consulting firm out there to guide me to apply for B1 with proper documents? i dont want it get rejected?
