H1b1 annotation change of date

Hi,

My h1b1 1 entry visa was annotated in lieu of july 15 to 31 training but my company decided to send me on October 25 to 28 instead.

the visa is valid until December 2011, do i need to re apply for a new one?

There's no such thing as an H1B1 visa - is it an H1B, or (most probably) a B1 visa ?

In any case - yes, you will probably have problems with that annotation, if your travel plans have changed. Though it would be a good idea to call your local embassy before applying for another visa and 2x check.
