B1 Visa rejection

Hi all,
My US visa B1 got rejected. In the end I got a paper where the following item was ticked.

-> You were unable to establish to the satisfaction of the consular officer that the purpose of the visit is consistent with the rules of the visa class you applied for.

If I apply again later say after 6 months, do I have a chance of getting a visa?
Also does this affect my future other visa applications like say L1/H1?

This will not affect L1/H1 applications. You can apply anytime when you have evidence that your purpose of visit is consistent with activities allowed on Business visa.
