Need Help on B1 Visa

Hi

I work for MNC, I have valid B1-visa for 10 years.

Last trip when I was travelling back to India, my VIsa page got damaged in immigration. I was forced to apply for new B1 Visa.

I have attended interview at HYD in April last week, my visa got rejected, officer suspected Iam travelling more times.

I have applied once again on May 31st, once again I got rejection,officer told me that "I agree with my previous collegue you are not eligible for Business Visa"

I have urgent training in US I need to travel, What should I do,

a) can I apply once again in Chennai instead of HYD
b) Can I apply once again in HYD
c) Do I get some kind of stamp on Passport ?? If I get rejected for third time
d) Is it too risky if apply for third time

Your help is great appreciated if you can help me on this

1.Can you post the first interview in April when you were denied?

2. Also, post how many times did you travel on that visa
with dates (month/year) and duration of stay each time.

In april time frame below is what happend

Officer asked how many times you traveled and how long you stayed each time, I replied saying that not sure but average of 4 weeks. He gave me 221(G) rejection saying that he will write more to my company, next day I got passport that I had 214(b) rejection


Below are my dates are travel I stayed mostly 4 to 5 weeks average

I think not.
These days they are very sensitive to B1 visa misuse.
Your 05-06 stays were quite long.
Even recent 4-6 weeks stay on several occasions also raised suspicion
that you were working rather than visiting for business reasons.

I suggest you talk to your company about it.
If required, let your comany go through a good immigration lawyer.

I spoke to my company, they are telling its my call if you want to apply or not

This training is very crucial for my career, if will not get this Opportunity

Iam planning to apply once again in Chennai.

Any tips that can help me, do you think that they will make any Notes on Passport if they reject this time,

Their is any technical difference in processing of Chennai Consulate and Hyderabad ??

Actually, I would not advise you to apply like this.
You will be just wasting money and time.

Talk to a good attorney before you do.
If you want, there is one in chennai ( branch of a top US immigration firm).

Apart from time and money they will write any thing on my passport ??

It will very difficult in my feature if they reject thrid time ??
