  • Any expert please help!!

    Hello

I had a 10 years b1b2 visa and a week ago i went to chicago but they cancelled my visa and deported me saying that i was traveling on wrong category and they told me i have to go back and get a valid visa which would allow me to work in US.
I do have my two companies set up in US and they found out with all my record though all my companies are legal and filled with all legal procedure but still they want me to get a valid business visa in order to to return to the US.
I have visited US at 15 times before this visit but never stopped me before.

I am scared how my companies gonna survive there without me and even my car is parked there and i dont know who gonna take care of that car if i am not able to go to US.

PLEASE SOME ONE HELP AND SOLVE THIS ISSUE. I would really appreciate it.

    3. Can you post the month/yr and duration you stayed of the last 10 visits?

    4. What has been the nature of your activity during your visits to US?

The obvious reason here is too frequent visits and long stays . 15 visits in 4 years is a lot.

Even if you do not overstay, they can cancel your visa , if they think you are staying rather than
        visiting US.

It is going to be hard for you to get another B1/B2. You will face the same questions at the embassy.

Advice; It is not the end of the road. There are other visa options that won't be affected by
        b1/b2 cancellation.

You should consider L1 , since you have your own business . If you also have your business
in India , you can be eligible for an L1 and possibly an immigrant visa based on the business.
Talk to a good immigration attorney over email.

In the meantime you will have to ask a friend/relative in US to take care of your car/apt.

          bank

In order to open a bank account you need SSN!

How did you manage to have one? B1/B2 does not provide for SSN!

You need to talk to a good immigration attorney , someone who does business immigration.
Most reputed immigration lawfirms have those specialists.
You will need to email them, tell them the nature of your business and they will tell you if there is a way. It will cost a bit but will be worth it.
