First time travel to US as a tourist using Business (B1/B2) visa - Please help

I am a citizen of India came to UK for client Onsite work for 1 year.

I hold a valid US business (B1/B2) visa and I am planning to visit US from UK during my holidays through this B1/B2 visa as a tourist.

I applied this visa for a business purpose but I have not travelled to US until now; hence this will be my first visit to US for tourist purpose rather than business purpose for which I applied this visa.

Please let me know whether I can travel to US for the first time as a tourist using this business (B1/B2) visa or the first visit to US should be for business purpose only?

Note:
In my visa page the “Visa Type / Class" is mentioned as "R B1/B2" and “Entries” as “M”. The visa validity is 10 years
