My wife received an approval for a Waiver of grounds of inadmissibility (I-601) a few years ago. During that appointment, the immigration office in Juarez kept all documentation. This included all original records for a DUI my wife had received several years ago. Going over the N-400 instructions, it states that I need all original documentation for any past conviction. The UCIS has already seen and approved her and has all the records, do I need to go and get more records for the N-400 even though USCIS has them in their possession in Juarez?
