If you have a copy, it is better than nothing. Hopefully, your original birth certificate will come in time. Bring your husband's passport as well.
Depending on the immigration officer, it could or will not be a problem. It may delay your citizenship decision. The official may say something like" You passed all parts of the test (History, Geo., Gov 100, N-400 questions, reading, and writing). We are unable to make a decision in your case until we see your husband's original birth certificate. You will get a new appointment date and time in the mail." the new appointment could be a couple of months later.
The idea is to have as much documentation and information with you so that there are no delays.
