case under supervisor review completed

Now my online status: On April 20, 2018, the supervisor review of your case, Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, Receipt Number NBC **** **** , was completed. We will mail you a notice once a final decision has been made. Anyone have the same experience? wish is good news?!

Did the IO give you a form n14 after your interview asking for further documents ?
Can you give more details like what office field and the reason why the IO did not approve immediately at the interview. Thanks
