  • Speeding ticket, no citation. Should be mentioned in the N400 form?

My wife has one traffic ticket from 2015 for speeding for which she just had to pay a fine (she wasn't cited to court).

She is about to fill N400 online and doesn't know if she needs to mention this ticket in the form. I told her it's best to disclose everything, but the questions that are available in the form are all about arrests and citation, she wasn't cited.

Should she mention the ticket in the form? If so, where? Which question?

    Thanks.

This is from the N-400 instructions. Read the instructions. you do not want to fill out the application without reading the instructions.

      Thanks.

She is filing online, those instructions don't appear on the screen. Also there is a question that asks for CITATIONS, which can be due to traffic issues as well, and that didn't involve arrests, drugs, alcohol or injuries.. so according to the instructions you are pasting, somebody with a dismissed citation for traffic issue (like skipping a stop signal), could perfectly omit it in the N400 application, which could affect him negatively during the interview when the officer find out..
