25 Aug 2018 my N400 denied due to physically presence ,, officer miscalculated my absent days as 934 ,in fact total absent is 890 days as my passports stamps ,
The interview done perfectly straight forward , no comments just officer ask to copy all my passport to check all travel history ,N 652 i passed the test & A decision cannot yet be made
without RFE letter the officer denied my N400 48 hours from interview date .

I got Affidavits & Proof of Present in USA between 25-Oct till 9-Dec 2014 ,
* Affidavit from Air line mentioned i didnt use the issued tickets dated 25 Oct &9 Dec 2014 and its already changed
* I had domestic flight from NY to TX on 7th November 2014
*My travel history from I94 website departure and arriving public record,, does not mention this trip
*Affidavit from Department of passports ,Emigration and nationality , Control and registration Departments,
mentioned no Departures and Arrive to my home country
*Doctor visit on 14-Nov
*school letter , Bank & credit card & Business statements
what the fastest option? TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE
