Phone numbers for Application Support Centers?

We (my wife and I) have our FP appointment next week at the same time. So I wanted to call the ASC to find whether they allow us to take our children along with us. I am unable to find a phone number for our ASC (Portland, Oregon). If anyone knows the phone number for Portland Oregon ASC or knows where I may find it, please let me know. I have already done the usual web search, whitepages search etc.
