This site helped to provide insight of the naturalization process. The processing is definitely case by case and may be different for you. Here is the overview of my case:

November 8, 2018 > Filed N400 online
November 10, 2018 > Biometrics appointment scheduled
November 28, 2019 > Biometrics appointment at ASC

From November 28, 2019 -- August 2, 2019, I received emails every now and then saying there was no update.

August 2, 2019 > Interview scheduled
September 9, 2019 > Interview at Minneapolis Field office
September 9, 2019 > Application approved
September 12, 2019 > Naturalization ceremony scheduled
October 8, 2019 > Attended naturalization ceremony in St. Paul and received naturalization certificate

October 8, 2019 > Applied for passport and passport card (expedited processing). You will need to send the original copy of your naturalization certificate with your passport application.
October 12, 2019 > Passport application received by Department of State
October 16, 2019 > Passport application approved and mailed
October 18, 2019 > Passport received in the mail around 6:30pm
October 22, 2019 > Received naturalization certificate back from Department of State
October 22, 2019 > Received voter registration confirmation
October 23, 2019 > Received passport card in the mail

i will apply for naturalization , if i file online, what are the documents i will submit as proof ? itr , birth certificate of my husband to prove his citizenship, WHAT ELSE? thank you in advance and congratulations!
