Evidence of past green card

I'm a US citizen and I want to get evidence of my green card from about 20 years ago. I know the A number, but none of the other information that would allow me to link to a USCIS account. I'm trying to avoid having to file a FOIA request. Specifically, I'm looking for proof of the date the green card was issued. Any suggestions?
