Request for citizenship after 10 years Green card approved under VaWA

Hello

I had my green card approved under VAWA and I would like to apply for the citizenship.

I know that after 3 years I can apply for the citizenship.

My question is :
Do they count 1 and half year from the date I will send the application or 1 and half year since I got the green card (means my conditional green card)?

Not sure what you mean by 1 and a half years. It's 3 years from when you became a permanent resident (i.e. got your green card, including a conditional green card). You can file 90 days before reaching the 3-year mark.

Since you was more than 5 years green card holder I believe using marriage case for N400 needs much more evidence than 5 years option.(If you did not break residency requirement in last 5 years)

ronmony I think she meant she got a 10 year green card and not have been a green card holder for 10 years. not sure what she meant with the last part though.
