C1/D early entry question

Hey,

I have a C1/D visa and am due to join my ship on the 25th of march.
my question is i want to go to america to travel around before i join the ship, is this possible with my C1/D visa?

Yes...!!!

Yes u can but the customs dept would see you as your coming very early to join your vessel. Please don't come a month before joining your vessel. You can stay in US for about 29 days. but its all on your own RISK. Please Don't take any Risk of traveling to US with C1D VISA.
