I'm a flight attendant who has been entering the states for more than 5 years now, last year in march I met my current fiance, and we were postponing the wedding since I'm still pursuing my MBA, but we decided to get married before 2015 becasue we got sick of being apart, and only meeting once per month or during my leave time as I have the B1/B2 visa as well.
As we searched regarding the process I found out that there is 2 ways, either get married in the USA while I'm visiting, after resigning, just staying there and applying for a change of status, or getting married during one of my work trips, leave the country, continue my job normally and apply for a spouse visa.
I wanna know what the implications and which one will be the easiest choice for us
