Can we use H4 to enter and exit US through water or air?
Hi Friends,
My husband is working as chief officer in ship, he has a valid H4 visa.
I have a valid H1B, I heard that if he get H4 is C1D will be cancelled is that true?
If so an he use H4 to join ship from US water lines.
He s not going to work in US, he is just going to join ship from US water lines or when ever the ship is in US port.
