Visa Approved but Visa status stats Administrative process

Good day all,

I attended the Visa interview yesterday July 24th 2018 for renewal of C1D visa. VO said that the visa is approved, but while checking the visa status in website, It says administrative process. No slips had been given to me.

Any thoughts????
