hi i 've been here in the us for more than 10 years with a c1/d visa can be able to adjust my status if i marry a us citizen pls help me out thanks my visa already expired thank you so much

nope, u cannot change ur status under crewman visa... even if u marry a US citizena dn fathered 10 children to US citizen...u are subject to deportation bec. under the law, you were not issued an i-94 at the port of entry and secondly, u did not depart on the vessel where u came from.......

I agree mnimmigrant! You cannot change his status, even you marry a US Citizen unless you go back to your home country.... then you'll be subject for a 3-10 year barred... then your wife can file a petition and a waiver for you... Goodluck!
