C1D Visa

Hi,

Pleaseeee help

I'm a H1B visa holder working in USA. My fiance is a crewmen with C1D visa. we are getting married this October.

please suggest me any possible options for us to stay together.

I have these in mind
1. can he have multiple visas at the same time.
2. can we apply for H4 (dependent on H1) with out affecting his C1D. Can he have H4 and C1d at the same time.
3. Can he apply for B1/B2 visas and have valid B1/B2 and C1d visas at the same time.

or, please suggest for any suitable options. we are in great mess.

-- Your Fiance will apply for H4 then the his status is H4. His C1D will no more to use, it will be cancel.
Remember at a time 2 visa is not possible to hold. when you apply for new visa , then first visa and status will change.
