C1/D and B2

Hello Sir/Madam,


My fiance is holding C1/D crew visa as well as B2 visitor visa. He is signing off from ship on Aug 3rd 2009 @ sandiego port. I am staying in US for my employment holding L1 visa. He would like to visit me before he goes to our Home country India. please let me know after his sign off with C1/D visa, he can enter US with B2 visa. His employer is worried whether he needs to go to india after his employment and come back with B2 again?

Yes, she can enter the US on B2. Does not have to go back to India and come back.
