- Who is Eligible:
- Airline crew members, ship crew, and other transportation personnel.
- Must have a valid contract with the airline or shipping company.
- Family members travelling with the crew may be eligible under C1/D dependent provisions.
- Key Conditions:
- A stay in the U.S. is limited to the duration necessary to fulfil crew duties.
- Employment in the U.S. outside of crew duties is not permitted.
- Applicants must demonstrate a confirmed position on a vessel or aircraft.
