I filed my application on 4th of November and it was received on 5th of November. On 9th of November I received an email that I would receive I797 in 7-10 days but I did not receive anything yet and it has been 18 business days.
When I enter my receipt number to the system it says that my case was received and if I have not received I797 till 5th of December then I should call customer service.
Anybody experienced something like this before? Any help or advice will be appreciated...
