Hi,
I am on J-1 visa sponsored through university A with 2-year home country residence requirement. My wife was also on J-1 visa sponsored through university B until last month with the same 2-year home country residence requirement. And my child was on J-2 visa dependent on my wife. They both recently switched to J-2 and became my dependent through my sponsor. We are now planning to apply for J-1 waiver. So I have 2 questions:
1-How many applications do we need to submit?
If the answer to the first question is 2(one for myself and one for my wife), then;
On whose application do we need to show my child?
Since I and my wife both received scholarships from our home country, both of us need No Objection Statement.
I know it is a little bit complex situation, I hope someone knows the answer.
