Change of address before delivery of J2 EAD card

Hi,
My wife is currently on a J2 Visa, and she will be applying for an EAD card. Due to unavoidable circumstances, we will be changing our address in a month or two. I read the instruction of reporting an address change to USCIS, but I was hoping to get clarification on a few points: 1. To request a change of address after mailing the form I-765, can we file the AR-11, Alien’s Change of Address Card online? or it should be mailed as a hard copy like the I-765? and 2. Does the recipient have to be physically present, and sign a receipt acknowledgement for receiving the EAD when it is delivered?

1. You can do the change of address request online. That works fine. No need for hard copy.
2. You don't need to be present to sign for card.
