    J1 visa-SEVIS fee

    I have completed 1 year stay in US under J1 visa. Now, I am in India. My visa and DS 2019 expired on feb 2012. I will get extention and new DS 2019 in march end. I want to attend visa interview soon.

    My questions are " May I pay SEVIS fee again ? and Is there any time limit to enter in US according to DS 2019.
