My spouse already filed form i-130 for alien relative and already recirece form i-797, we want to file form i-129f for spouse visa. Question: is it required to pay filing for i-129f even though we have already paid for i-130?

K-3 visas are obsolete. Virtually nobody can get them anymore.

You don't have to pay a fee to file I-129F for K-3, but almost certainly it will eventually be cancelled and you will get an immigrant visa directly instead.

Thank you so much, your reply was helpful. Like you said, i i appli for I-129F and i-130 and the i-129F was cancelled and given the i-130. Thanks so much for your help.
