So i just recieved a receipt number and access code.
the process has chainged dramatically from the time i started these things in 2015.
My question.
When i started i read that i have to stay in the united states while im partitioning for my wife and kids in the philippines.
I'd really like to go and be with them right now. Can i do that or do i have to wait here?
I have to ask because i hit a google bomb while asking the same question. I only find documentation reguarding if my wife has to stay in the Philippines and thats a different question than im asking.
Does anyone know if i have to stay state side while im petitioning?
