Forgot to file 765 with 485... Do I need to pay fee?

I have a pending form 485 with USCIS I filed last September. For some reason I didn't notice the requirement for form 765 if my k1 fiancee wanted to work. Do I file the 765 now separately and include the fee ? Or is it still considered concurrent and I don't need to pay the fee. Also, there is a biometrics fee for both but I've already paid and completed that for the 485... Any help is appreciated thanks

https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_f...pdf?download=1 says you are exempt from the fee provided you include the I-797 you for for your AI-485 and you provide proof of payment of the I-485 fee. Hopefully you paid by personal check.

It's common. You would just submit a copy of your i-485 receipt letter as proof of pending adjudication and proof of payment. The I-756 can be filed shortly after the I-485 is sent in.
