If my fiance enters America on a K-1 Fiance visa, gets married before 90 days, but then does not apply for adjustment status, would that be permissible?
Currently, we live in Myanmar and want to get married in America. I ( American), her (Canadian) want to get married with my family in the USA but are not ready to settle down in America just yet. What would be the best route for us to take?
Enter the country on a K-1 or K-3, get married in the USA on a tourist visa?
