I-129F PDF issue

Some of the fields can't be typed in. I assume some are disabled due to previous answers but it says to put "N/A" or "None." Also, some actual fields that I need to fill out are not fillable in Adobe Acrobat. Others have a character limit it seems. I can't insert a text box because it is password protected.

Should I print and fill by hand? Does anyone have any tips?
