GC through K1 visa, maiden name on passport

Hello Members,

My Indian passport is in my maiden name and valid till 2024. I recently got green card (came to States on K1 visa). I am planning to go to India, should it be fine to travel on passport with maiden name whereas my permanent resident card and SSN and other documents in States are on my married name. Should the marriage certificate be enough as the proof for I been the one and the same person.

This is fine but you should be evarl with your marriage certificate. Simplest is if you’ve booked your plane tickets in your passport name.
