Hello Everyone,
I came to US on student visa graduated and my h1 got rejected so I again joined in some other coll Now my h1 got approved
and my h1 effective date is today oct 1 2012,But my coll dso called me and she said that she is not able see me in my H1 approval list but I have my H1 copy with me she said she going to cancel my h1 on oct5th and need to return to india in with 10 days from that time am not able to understand whats goinin on caould any please suggest me anything..?
