Hi There,
#1.Need to extend H1B which expires by Nov 15, 2012.Having a Purchase Order (for current project) till Dec 31,2012.Minimal possibilities for getting extended PO.Is it advisable to apply for extension with PO of 2 months ?
#2.If my petition is denied after expiration date of current petition, will I be out of status? Can I convert to H4 as a dependent for my husband? Is it possible to extend the denied petition by getting the project?
#3.Which is advisable in this season? Regular or premium processing?
Planning to discuss with my attorney but exploring the possibilities.
