H4 - visa related question.

currently i am working on H1b visa for one of the indian service based company. before coming to usa i did h4 visa stamping for my wife.Now here i am planning to change my job , with premium visa transfer.
currently my wife is in india.

my question do i need to do my wifes visa stamping again once i change my job in usa? or she can come on the same visa stamping which i did for my current company and she will carry new Petition.

experts please help me on this issue.
